Steve promises us a fun packed year starting with a BBQ on 24th July at our favourite pub, The Reindeer Inn. |

28th August: an afternoon visit for up to 20 Lions & partners to Veolia's Materials Recovery Facility in Mansfield |
|
25th September: a Treasure hunt with partners! The quiz sheets will be available from Midday on Tuesday 25th Sept from Fozzie’s porch on Newark Road. They will be in a box by the front door. Collect whenever you like and bring your answers to the pub anytime after 8pm. |

23rd October: Pub Games Night, probably at The Wheatsheaf, Southwell. Darts, Dominoes, Cards, etc. |

27th November: A talk by the local Archaeology group |

26th February 2019: Presentation from Southwell Archaeology Group at The Reindeer starting 8pm. Partners welcome. No food provided. |
22nd January 2019: Crazy Golf in Nottingham at the Lost City followed by supper at the slug & Lettuce?

26th March 2019: Chilli making competition at The Reindeer 8pm. Members to make a chilli to bring along to be judged by ‘Chilli Bob Price’, a local grower from Rolleston. Rama to provide rice and bread. Partners welcome. Bob will bring along some chilli sauce tasters, and give us a 15 to 20 minute presentation on chilli producing |

23rd April 2019: Film night in Nottingham followed by meal at Annie’s Burger Bar. To include partners. 
25th June:- Nine holes of golf on Par 3 Norwood Park Course followed by BBQ. Partners welcome for golf and food. 
27th August:- Music Quiz, hopefully at Final Whistle, combining this with beer tasting from local brewer. All welcome. 
22nd October:- Talk from REACH to Club Members only.

28th May:- Talk by ex-Army bomb blast victim, now an excellent inspirational speaker. At The Reindeer. Partners welcome. 
23rd July:- Walk from Southwell to Thurgarton with meal at Red Lion. Bus back. All welcome. 
24th September:- Skittles at Bathley, followed by Steak and Ale pie. Members only. 
26th November:- Whist Drive at The Reindeer. All welcome. |
