Southwell & District Lion's Photographic Competition 2020 ​- We have just announced the 2020 Photographic Competition, with the theme for the competition being 'Looking Though'.  Details of the competition can be found here.

Southwell Lion's Swimathon - This year's swimathon will take place on Saturday 12 October 2019.  If interested in participating get in touch via our Contact Us page

Farnsfield Family Treasure Hunt - We are organising a Family Treasure Hunt in Farnsfield on 22 September 2019 starting at 2.15pm from the Village Hall.  Only £2 entry fee per team.  See you there, the more the merrier!

Macmillan Coffee Morning - We are working with Southwell Rotary Club to put on a coffee morning at Trebeck Hall on 21 September 2019.

Diabetes Screening Now confirmed  Diabetes has now been confirmed for Farnsfield on 5th October  and Southwell on 2 November 2019 - details here

Southwell Lions 'Schools Challenge' Competition
We were delighted that 233 pupils from 5 schools entered their artwork in the Autumn term 'picture' challenge. A further 192 pupils entered the Spring term 'Short Story' challenge. And a further 233 entered the Poetry competition. See the award event here.

New 'Lions Challenge' Scout Badge

• The very first Life Skills badges presented to Southwell Beavers - May 2019
• Learn more about what children will be doing to gain their new badge by viewing the slideshow - 13 March 2019
• An updated approved design of the badge has been published today - 20 Feb 2019
• This new 'Skills for life' badge, initiated and sponsored by Southwell Lions for scounts, cubs and beavers has been launched this month in Southwell. - 21 Jan 2019
