A Charitable Incorporated Organisation, referred to as a CIO, is a new type of legal format for a registered charity. The intention is to afford charities  the ability to register as a charity with the Charity Commission but have limited liability without having to register as a limited company at Companies  House.

​We were registered as a CIO on 2nd December 2019. Our Registered Charity Number is given at the bottom of this and every page on our website.

The new Trustees of our CIO are the persons holding the following positions:​
